LiinaRenki is a Finnish invention and made in Finland

LiinaRenki is intended to reduce the safety risks that occur when tying the load of heavy equipment, which can cause great damage and also additional costs.

The lashing cloth commonly used for tying down the load has an open hook that is placed in the floor loop on the floor. The loops in question work when new exactly as they should, in which case they pre-tighten the cloth hook to the floor loop. Over time, the functionality of the floor loops deteriorates, e.g. due to debris, snow or rust. In this case, a dangerous situation arises, when the hook of the load sheet does not tighten in place, but may slip out of the loop.

Dangerous situations most often arise when loading a load into a vehicle that is loaded from the side, so that after loading the load, it is no longer possible to see whether the cloth hook is still in the floor loop. It often happens that when loading the vehicle, the vehicle swings so much that the cloth hook detaches from the floor loop and gets stuck between the cargo space and the load. When the driver tightens the cloth, it feels like the cloth is on the floor loop, but in fact it is only compressed between the load and the wall, causing a great danger. When moving, a poorly secured load can move and in the worst case, when driving around a curve, the vehicle's center of gravity shifts to the other side and the vehicle may start tossing or even fall over. Another dangerous situation arises when unloading the load, when the load may lean against the doors, and when they are opened, the load may fall on the driver.

LiinaRenki:
