Shipping & Returns

1. REGISTRATION
The business customer must register as a liinarenki.fi online store customer by creating a customer ID. Consumer customers can also order products without registering. Contact information provided during registration or ordering is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to outsiders.
 
2. ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS
The customer must be a legally competent person who has reached the age of 18.
 
Ordered products are usually delivered by post. Domestic deliveries only. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation in your e-mail if the e-mail address you provided is valid and functional.
 
PAYMENT METHODS
- Advance payment: Purchases can be paid for in advance.
Recipient information: TMI MEL-MET Handelsbanken FI 3431311000865901. SWIFT-BIC: HANDFIHH. Order processing starts as soon as the bank transfer appears in the company's account, which usually takes 2-3 banking days.

- PayPal
Payment from your own PayPal account or from a credit card linked to the account.

3. DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs for shipments weighing less than 250 g are 6.22 €. Shipping costs for 250g – 0.5kg are 7.76 €.  0.5kg - 2kg delivery costs are 10.43 €.
 
 
4. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 3 working days.  We try to inform you about longer delivery times by email. The customer has the right to cancel a substantially delayed product by notifying us. LiinaRenki online store reserves the right to cancel the order if the ordered product is sold out or there are other insurmountable difficulties in its availability.
 
 
5. RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The products have a 14-day return and exchange right. The exchange right does not apply to discounted depreciation products. The products must be unopened and unused. Return products sent by cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
Make a return notification Tel: 0500841427 or by e-mail to myynti[at]liinarenki.fi before returning the product. The shipping list and account number included with the return will speed up the return of the money. Returns must be sent in the cheapest possible way.
 
 
6. PRICES
Consumer prices include VAT 25.5%. Retailer prices include VAT 0%. The products are sold in the online store at the currently displayed prices.

7. SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Packages may be damaged during transport. When picking up the shipment, the condition of the package must be checked in the presence of the postal clerk. If the package is broken in transit and the products are also damaged, a damage report must be filed at the post office immediately. Then contact our customer service myynti[at]liinarenki.fi to arrange the delivery of the new product.
 
 
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Liinarenki.fi is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.  (War, natural disaster, export and import ban, official decision, disruption of public transport or energy distribution, labor dispute, or similar force majeure).
 
 
9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes and disagreements arising from this distance sales contract are governed by Finnish law.
